Sheeesh been coaching CrossFit since 2016! And at CFK since 2018 :)

Anything weightlifting related or muscle ups!

What is one piece of advice to give your athletes?

Oh man, I have lots learned along the way. More doesn't always mean better... better = better :) focus on what you can control, celebrating any win no matter how small, and think in decades vs. days!!! <3 


What is your spirit animal and why?

Lioness, 100%. I'm a Leo through and through, loyal as they come, and a protective and proud mama bear! 

What is something most people don’t know about you:

I have much bigger feet than you'd think.

Favorite rest day activity in Hawaii:

Beach walk or beach chill! Hanging with friends, sauna & cold plunge
